What Are SmartrWomen and SmartrVeterans, And Why Should You Consider Joining?

What Are SmartrWomen and SmartrVeterans

Just a contributor following the rise of Jason Criddle & Associates, DOMINAIT.ai, and the expanding Smartr ecosystem.

When you start reading about Jason Criddle, the first thing you notice isn’t his success, it’s his conviction. At least that’s the way it is for me and the buzz going around the internet. The founder of Jason Criddle & Associates, SmartrHoldings, and DOMINAIT.ai doesn’t talk about “exits” or “valuation multiples.” He talks about legacy.

Criddle’s story, just recently featured in Forbes Business Insider for turning down a $1.6 billion acquisition offer, has become something of a legend. But behind that headline is a deeper purpose; one that now fuels two powerful initiatives aimed at transforming how women and veterans rebuild their lives, their confidence, and their futures: SmartrWomen and SmartrVeterans.

Why These Programs? And why now?

Jason Criddle’s motivation isn’t rooted in theory; it’s personal. As he’s shared in multiple interviews, he grew up without a safety net. In a poor, broken home, rampant with abuse… both physical and psychological. After losing both parents; his mother in 2021 and his estranged father in 2023, he came face-to-face with what he calls “the absence of legacy.”

“Neither of my parents left anything for their children,” he said. “That’s not going to be my story. I’m going to leave a living legacy of people, skills, companies, and homes. Billionaires make money off the world. I’m going to leave the world better.”

That vow evolved into the creation of SmartrWomen and SmartrVeterans, two specialized branches of the Smartr ecosystem designed to give education, resources, and opportunity to groups that have historically been underserved.

Criddle explains:

“Veterans get shuffled through intake sessions and resume workshops. But where’s the hands-on leadership and sales training? That’s where real money is. That’s how people build their own security. They should be taught to work towards freedom instead of being thrown back into a workforce that doesn’t understand their mental or physical struggles.”

He’s equally passionate about empowering women. Especially single mothers, survivors, and those recovering from addiction or homelessness who often face systemic barriers to funding and opportunity. He was raised by a single mom, and watched her get screwed over, never get ahead, lose any opportunity she tried to go after, and die unhappy and in pain from pancreatic cancer.

“Less than five percent of women-owned small businesses ever receive funding,” he points out. “That’s going to change.”

What SmartrWomen and SmartrVeterans Actually Do

At their core, both programs train people like owners, not applicants. Participants start with three pillars that define the Smartr experience:

1. Sales & Leadership Mastery – Real mentorship, not motivational fluff. Participants are coached directly by Criddle and team, using proven systems, live call reviews, and practical accountability. Leadership is the key to sales. Not product knowledge.

2. Immediate Earning Pathways – Access to Smartr’s ecosystem of SaaS tools, affiliate networks, insurance programs, and merchant services. They take all of their infrastructure and let participants run free with it. Transforming knowledge and effort into income.

3. Equity & Growth Tracks – Graduates can either co-found companies with Jason as an equity partner or become high-earning sales professionals representing Smartr’s network of brands. The only caveat, they need to build their brand the Smartr way. Scaleable, and with margins that work for all involved.

Unlike conventional training models, this isn’t about theory or resume templates. It’s a real-world accelerator where participants work, earn, and build tangible assets from day one. Criddle sums it up simply:

“You cannot be taught to sell a product. You have to become the kind of person people buy from.”

The Ecosystem That Makes It Possible

What makes SmartrWomen and SmartrVeterans different is that they’re not isolated programs as much as they’re part of a living digital ecosystem that includes:

  • SmartrMarketing / Smartr Apps – Tools that let vendors build branded apps to manage sales teams, referral systems, or marketplaces, and affiliates that can earn money just by downloading the brand’s app and bringing customers on board by sharing a simple referral code.
  • SmartrCommerce – Unified invoicing, merchant tools, and affiliate payments used by businesses worldwide.
  • DOMINAIT.ai – A post-AGI business infrastructure powered by Ryker, Criddle’s AI system that automates backend operations so entrepreneurs can focus on customers. Not just tons of third-party products businesses use every day, but Smartr’s entire suite of products.
  • TVBuilderPro – Media automation for educators, influencers, and creators who want to turn content into revenue-generating streaming TV channels.
  • Carbon (DownloadCarbon.com) – A social and marketplace platform connected directly to the car community, through events, marketplace listings, and sponsorships. Users and vendors/event holders can earn by referring buyers and event holders, earning from event ticket sales, sponsorships, or marketplace items.
  • RezultDriven – a new property to Smartr, but not a new idea. A scalable personal training platform based on providing results to clients and giving users the ability to earn by referring clients to the platform.
  • Jason Criddle & Associates – Criddle’s own consulting brands which includes BuildAnyBrand as well as a team of consultants he has helped launch. They fill in the gaps with SEO, publishing, legal, business, and marketing services, insurance products for licensed agents, and more. All on a Smartr app. All with the ability to earn when bringing customers aboard.

These platforms are the engine behind the training. Graduates don’t leave with theory. They leave with accounts, tools, and revenue streams already in motion.

“When you finish your first month, or even your first week,” Criddle says, “you’re not just motivated. You’re equipped with income, infrastructure, and community.”

Not Charity. Opportunity. And not limited either.

One of Criddle’s most repeated phrases is that “Smartr isn’t charity—it’s opportunity with accountability.”

“My goal isn’t to ‘place’ people in jobs that barely cover rent,” he says. “My goal is to build earners, partners, and leaders who out-earn their pasts. You can’t build wealth from survival mode. You can really only build wealth from a mindset of abundance. Which is where we start.”

Each participant is pushed to perform with the same standards applied inside his own companies. The results speak for themselves: his own clients have launched businesses, joined Smartr’s internal teams, or secured long-term partnerships that grow within the ecosystem. This has been going on for over a decade. Just Google him.

Criddle adds that the programs will soon include housing and faith-based initiatives. He has plans to build or acquire apartment communities where veterans, survivors, and the homeless can live rent-free while training.

His goal is to create “interfaith centers and training apartments” where anyone, regardless of background, can learn, earn, and rebuild.

“The legacy I didn’t get,” he says, “is the one I’m building for others.”

Beyond Programs: A Full Business and Insurance Network

While SmartrWomen and SmartrVeterans anchor the mission, Jason Criddle & Associates also operates a full insurance brokerage and business development platform, giving trainees and professionals additional ways to earn.

The brokerage covers everything from life, health, commercial, homeowners, and vehicular insurance to liability and small-business coverage, allowing trained and licensed associates to generate commissions while helping families and entrepreneurs protect their assets.

But what truly sets the organization apart is its dual-path structure: one side offers sales and leadership training, while the other provides brand-building tools for those ready to scale their own ventures. Two sides of a necessary coin.

Participants can receive help writing their own books, growing personal brands, mastering social media, and even getting free SEO support through the SmartrMarketing and Jason Criddle & Associates teams.

As one mentor put it: “Everyone else in the room is there to sell something. Our people are there to help them sell it better.”

How It All Connects to DOMINAIT.ai

In many ways, SmartrWomen and SmartrVeterans are part of the human heart of the DOMINAIT network. The part that keeps the technology grounded in purpose. DOMINAIT’s AI engine, Ryker, is designed to automate back-office work for the very people trained through Smartr programs, as well as any and all Smartr and Dominait customers so they can focus on growth, relationships, and revenue.

This synergy between human training and machine automation embodies Criddle’s philosophy that AI should serve people. Not replace them. And AI shouldn’t be a servant to people. But a partner.

“If our technology can help a single mom build a business or a veteran transition into a tech career, then that’s what matters,” he told me. “AI shouldn’t just help corporations. It should help real people.”

Why You Should Consider Joining

If you’re a woman or veteran seeking to take control of your career, start a business, or simply learn real sales and leadership skills, SmartrWomen and SmartrVeterans provide an entry point into something far bigger than a cookie-cutter job program.

It’s an ecosystem where your growth feeds into a network of platforms, mentors, and technologies built to make sure you never have to start over alone again.

And even if you’re not in crisis or transitioning careers, Criddle’s companies are always looking for motivated individuals to join the broader Smartr Sales and Leadership Program. It’s always open to anyone who wants to build a brand, lead a team, and generate income under the Smartr umbrella. You don’t have to be a veteran or a struggling anyone. Just someone who wants to win.
