Step 1: Take a big bowl and add Nestlé Everyday Dairy Whitener, Nestlé MILKMAID and paneer altogether.
Step 2: Take a pan and heat it. Check that the bottom is thick so that the mixture does not burn. Transfer the Nestlé MILKMAID mixture and pour it into this pan.

Now, keep the pan aside. Take a plate and grease it. Spread this mixture on the greased plate evenly. You can also use butter paper instead of directly greasing it. Now let it cool. One can cut the pieces in the desired shape.

● Cardamom Powder or Elaichi Powder - 1 tsp
● Green food color - ¼ tsp
● Lauki or Dooshi - 4 cups (grated)
● Almonds or badam - 5 (chopped)
● Raisins or Kishmish - 1 tbsp
● Cashew Nuts or Kaju - 5 (chopped)
● Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk - 1 cup
● Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee - ½ cup
● Nestlé MILKMAID - ½ tin
Process:
Step 1: Take a pan and heat it. Ensure that the bottom of the pan is thick enough. Put Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee. Once the ghee is heated, add almonds, raisins, and cashew nuts to fry them until they turn golden brown.
Step 2: Now, put the grated lauki in the pan and saute it.
Step 3: Pour Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk into the pan and cook the lauki until it becomes soft and mushy. If needed, add the green food color. Mix the entire mixture properly.
Step 4: Pour Nestlé MILKMAID into the mixture and keep stirring it. The mixture should become thick.
Step 5: Drizzle elaichi powder on the halwa and mix it properly. Keep it aside and serve it hot.
